10 die in two separate road crashes

RAJANPUR: At least 10 people died in two different road crashes in Punjab on Sunday, ARY News reported.

In the first mishap, six persons died when a passenger bus and a truck collided with each other near Rajanpur.

Twenty one others also sustained injuries in the accident, who were rushed to hospital. The coach was heading to Swat from Karachi, but it met a tragic fate before reaching its destination.

In another road accident near Gujranwala road, at least four people lost their lives.

A dumper was moving on Gujranwala road in Hafizabad when a speeding coach rammed into it.

Rescue teams arrived at the site and shifted the injured and the dead to District Headquarters Hospital.
