11 attackers, 3 FC men die in NWA cross border attack

RAWALPINDI: Eleven attackers and three Frontier Constabulary personnel were killed when a cross border attack thwarted in North Waziristan tribal region, ARY News reported on Tuesday.

Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), military’s media wing, has said in a statement that a group of terrorists from the Afghan side of the border attacked in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan. Pakistani troops repulsed the attack, killing 11 terrorists while arresting one.

Security forces also recovered bodies of three attackers.
