15 injured in Hyderabad cracker bomb attack

HYDERABAD: At least 15 people including children were injured in a ‘cracker bomb’ attack beneath Sakhi Wahab flyover in Hyderabad on Sunday, ARY News reported.

Eyewitnesses said assailants riding a bike hurled cracker bomb on a market of old clothes beneath Sakhi Wahab flyover.

A large contingent of Rangers and police reached the site and cordoned off the area, while, the injured were shifted to hospital for medical aid.

This should be noted that Pakistan has recently become victim of a wave of terrorist attacks in its different cities.

At least 99 people have been killed in terror attacks in last 9 days of this month alone. Thirteen people, including two top police officers of Punjab, were killed and around 108 people were injured in a suicide attack during protests staged by chemists at Lahore’s Mall Road near provincial assembly. At least 88 people were martyred and over 300 injured in Sehwan blast.
