They were identified as Tara Lal, Heera Chand and a security guard and belonged to the Hindu community.
Police said that the reason for firing could be due to extortion. Eyewitnesses said that two motorcyclists opened fire at the liquor shop.
Sindh Home Minister Sohail Anwer Siyal taken notice of the incident and sought a report from DIG East.
