Several terrorists were also injured in the air strikes.
The security forces have already cordoned all exits from the troubled tribal region to ensure terrorists are caught and brought to book.

The semi-autonomous tribal areas that border Afghanistan have for years been a hideout for militants of all stripes — including Al-Qaeda and the homegrown TTP as well as foreign fighters such as Uzbeks and Uighurs.
