Air strikes, shelling kill 52 terrorists in Pakistan’s tribal region

PESHAWAR: At least 52 militants were killed in military air strikes in Khyber Agency and North Waziristan on Saturday, ARY News reported.

Forces’ operations against terrorists in Pakistan’s restive tribal region are continued in full swing. Military troops have besieged miscreants in the region leaving no place to escape.

Meanwhile, military jets pounded terrorist sanctuaries in Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency on Saturday, subsequently killing 28 militants. Several hideouts were also destroyed due to jet shelling in the valley.

In an air raid in Dattakhel, 16 foreign terrorists were killed.

Military jets also bombarded hideouts in Suikhel Mandi and Wana areas in North Waziristan. The bombardment killed eight terrorists in these areas.
