Recently, Ali Zafar refused three Bollywood film offers in which he was offered a central role. The reason was that the Pakistani star was set to mark his international debut as a producer, for the upcoming action film Deosai. Ali Zafar will also act in the new film and according to him, currently he is going intense physical training sessions in order to be fit as a fiddle for Deosai. The 35 year old Pakistani actor is hell-bent on giving a stellar performance, as he has hired one of the best kickboxing and martial arts trainer to help him get into shape for the Urdu-English bilingual action film.

“I started the prep a week ago and will keep going for another seven eight weeks before we start shooting in August,” Zafar told the press. According to Ali, Deosai will have some reverberating, fast action-packed sequences and the actor is looking towards international artists for help and authenticity.

“We will fly down trainers and action directors from abroad to add authenticity to the film,” he added.

Starting off as a musician, Ali Zafar has made it big in Pakistan and India as well. Giving the world numerous pop hits such as Channo, Rangeen, Chal Dil Meray and Huqa Pani, he established himself as one of the most sought-after musicians in Pakistan. Ali then starred in a couple of Indian films such as Tere Bin Laden, Total Siyapaa and Kill Dill and then there was no looking back for the handsome actor.

We wish Ali Zafar all the best for his upcoming ventures, especially Deosai. Keeping in mind the fact that Ali is training long and hard at the gym and is collaborating with renowned international personalities, there seems no reason why the action packed film will be a hit like most of his earlier films!
