Altaf condemns MQM worker's target killing

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has condemned the killing of party worker Raees Alam in strong words, ARY News reported on Tuesday.

MQM chief has said that MQM workers are being killed left, right and centre with government of Sindh not paying attention to the matter.

Altaf lamented that despite the ongoing operation against terrorist elements in the city, outlawed organizations are targeting citizens at will.

MQM chief condoled with the murdered worker’s family and prayed to Almighty Allah for the peaceful abode for the deceased worker.

Raees Alam was a worker of MQM Unit 131 Qasba Aligarh Sector.He was shot dead by unknown gunmen within the limits of Pirabad police station in Karachi’s Orangi Town.

His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

The deceased MQM worker received two bullet wounds, one on his face while the other on his chest, from a 9mm pistol.
