In a statement issued here, the MQM supremo demanded putting names of all executives of Axact on the Exit Control List.

He said all officials concerned should be arrested, if charges against them proved true.

“If all allegations proved to be true, this will be considered as betrayal with the country.”

He said action should be taken against Axact high-ups under Article-VI of the constitution, if charges against them proved bona fide.

The firm Axact was accused by the New York Times of running a network of hundreds of websites for phoney universities complete with paid actors for promotional videos, as part of an elaborate scheme that generated tens of millions of dollars annually.
