Altaf Hussain appeals to rescue girls from Jamia Hafsa

In a statement, Altaf Hussain said that in the present situation of the country, parents of girls studying in Madrasa, particularly in Jamia Hafsa, are very tense.

“Principal of Madrasa Hafsa, Um-e- Hassan and cleric Maulana Abdul Aziz are not allowing the parents to meet their children studying in Madrasa”, said MQM Chief.

He added that girls are being threatened of dire consequences on meeting with parents.

Altaf Hussain  has demanded Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen. Raheel Sharif and ISI Chief Rizwan Akhtar to take measures for the rescue of girls detained in Madrasa Hafsa and hand over them to their parents.
