Altaf terms Taliban "evils disguised as humans"

KARACHI: Lamenting the militants for ravaging attacks in the country, the MQM chief Altaf Hussain has said that Taliban were ‘beasts’ disguised as humans, ARY News reported.

The MQM chief called upon masses to openly oppose Taliban, stressing that oppressors should be labeled as oppressors.

Addressing gathering of Ulema at party headquarters Nine-Zero through telephone, he said Army Chief General Raheel Sharif was a courageous man.

He slammed that innocent children were massacred in Peshawar.

He stated that Pakistan Army was rendering numerous sacrifices in fight against terrorism. “Army is crushing Taliban, al-Qaeda, Daesh and other militant groups,” he said.

Regarding the timber market fire in Karachi, he said the chief minister Sindh had so far not visited the market and inquired about the plights of traders.

He questioned which religion allowed slaughtering of children.

If the similar situation persisted, no one can stop martial law from taking place.
