Angelina Jolie walked the Red Carpet of the premier of her new movie World War II epic ‘Unbroken’ along with her husband Brad Pitt in Sydney Australia. The movie was also filmed in Australia.
Unbroken is the actress second venture as a director, she first directed “In the Land of Blood and Honey”. The actress said direction is her passion and there she sees her future.
While talking to an Australian Newspaper the star actress said that she likes spending two good years on a project, researching and learning about. She thinks she now more likes to tell the story from behind the camera rather than doing a role.
The movie is based on a true story of US Olympic athlete Louis Zamperini . Louis a man who competed in 5,000m race Berlin Olympics 1936 turned bombardier World War II and ended up in Japanese prisoner. The film is about the life of the man and the torture he endured during his captivity.
Jolie has also directed a movie with her star husband Brad Pitt”By the Sea” but not much is known about it.
