Addressing the passing out parade of FC here, Chaudhry Nisar said that some elements are spreading chaos in the name of Islam and nationalism.
He added that the Anti-Pakistan countries are providing resources to terror groups.
Earlier, 3,680 FC personnel based on six companies graduated in the passing out.
