Lahore Police presented Tooba and two of his accomplices Zeeshan and Farooq before the judicial majestrate, Bushra Anwar and requested the court to grant seven days’ remand of the accused.
However, the court granted three days of remand of the accused and handed them over to police.
In her word with ARY News, Tooba confessed the murder and said that she is not ashamed of what she did.
She had earlier confessed to have poisoned a TV cameraman, Yousuf to death.
Her accomplices, Zeeshan Haider – an expert of herbal medicines – is accused of preparing the poison, while Farooq – a banker by profession – says that he is being framed.
Tooba says that her ex-husband killed her daughter and she would not rest until she does not kill him.
Here it is pertinent to note that Tooba had claimed to have poisoned Areeba over her alleged links with her ex-husband and conspiring with him to kill her daughter.
