General Sharif reiterated ‘whole-hearted support to Afghan leadership for peace and stability in Afghanistan.’
While, Afghan leadership acknowledged Pakistan Army’s efforts and achievements in war against terrorism and its role for bringing peace and stability in the whole region.
Earlier during his visit, the army chief also met Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen Joseph Dunford, Commander US Central Command Gen Lloyd Austin and Lt. Gen. John Nicholson.
