ARY News obtains document of Maryam Safdar’s offshore company

According to details, the document obtained by ARY News states in it that Maryam Nawaz is the whole and sole shareholder of the company. The document also contains the fact that Maryam Safdar is the director of the company.

Furthermore, the document also bears Maryam Safdar’s signatures on it.

The Prime Minister’s daughter has faced severe criticism when it was revealed in the Panama leaks that she, along with her two brothers, are directors of offshore companies. Though Prime Minister Nawaz does not own any offshore company and neither does his brother, opposition parties smelt foul play and asked the Premier to resign.

A couple of days ago, a second batch of Panama papers were reveled before the world which contained the names of Benazir Bhutto’s cousin Tariq Islam, a key businessman Seth Abid’s son Sajid Mahmood and former MD of Port Qasim Abdul Sattar Dero.
