Demi Moore’s ex-husband Ashton Kutcher seems to be a fan of Deepika’s My Choice video. The prolific American comedian shared the female-centered video on his official Facebook account.
Deepika Padukone’s my choice video is a montage video featuring 99 women from all walks of life and ages. Also featuring actress Nimrat Kaur and Indian writer Anupama Chopra, Padukone’s choice of words were taken as sexist and elitist. Actresses Sonakshi Sinha, Kangana Ranaut also criticized the video, as Twitter erupted with an angry response at the release of My Choice.
Ashton is one of the most celebrated comedian and actor in America. he rose to prominence in the early 2000s after hr bagged a role in popular sitcom That 70s Show. Kutcher was married to Hollywood beauty Demi Moore but split after six years together, amid rumors that Kutcher had cheated on his wife. Ashton and his co-star from That 70s Show Mila Kunis started dating after the ugly divorce. Another feather in Ashton’s cap was replacing Charlie Sheen in popular comedy show Two and a Half Men after Sheen had a heated public argument with the show’s makers.
With Ashton sharing the video, Deepika must feel somewhat elated. The actress had been cornered by the sheer criticism that My Choice had received not only from people but the Bollywood fraternity as well. It should be mentioned here as well that Ashton had earlier shared another short video starring Alia Bhatt titled Going Home.
