In the hearing on Saturday, government prosecutor produced Sub-Inspector Safdar as eye witness who recorded his statements in the court.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till 21st October and summoned more witnesses for testimony.
Gullu Butt, speaking to media after the hearing, said that he has never committed any criminal offence in the past and got accidentally involved in the case.
He expressed his wish to indulge in social work after he is freed from the case.
