KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) has adjourned the hearing of 6 references against Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MNA Shahjehan Baloch and Amin Buleedi of Lyari gang-war till December 18 – ARY News reports.

According to details, the accused Amin Buleedi was produced in court-room 3 of the ATC on Monday, while MNA Shahjehan Baloch could not be presented due to the session of the National Assembly.

During the hearing, Amin Buleedi’s counsel Saifi Ali Khan took the stance that the case no. 121 registered for burning public property and an encounter with police in Baghdadi police station, has been withdrawn after the orders by CM Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah.

He requested the court to acquit his client in this case.

Meanwhile, the public prosecutor Abdulmaroof Advocate while objecting, said that the CM Sindh cannot withdraw the case registered under terrorism clauses, as per the law.
