Headed by Justice Faisal Arab, the special bench resumed its 49th hearing after the gap of 13 days. The bench sought written arguments by Musharraf’s counsel Barrister Farogh Naseem.
On the other side, a five-judge larger bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk, resumed the hearing of the federal government’s appeal against Musharraf’s name omission from the Exit Control List.
The court adjourned the hearing till indefinite period.
