The court had ordered for the registration of a case with Secretariat police station.

However, the Capital Police decided to file an intra court appeal on Thursday against the verdict of the IHC.

Earlier to this, the Islamabad Police had submitted its reply in the court that the casualties due to US drone attacks occurred in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata), not in Islamabad, and hence a case should also be registered there [Fata].
