Captained by Misbah, Pakistan fared well in Test Cricket in 2015

KARACHI: Pakistan team’s performance in test cricket might have not been upto the mark but the team under the leadership of Misbah-ul-Haq did not lose a single test series in 2015, ARY News reported.

The green shirts played three test series and won all of them. Out of the eight matches, Pakistan won five tests, drew two games and lost just one match.

Due to the team’s form, the side climbed to No. 4 in the test rankings.

Younis Khan was the top scorer for Pakistan in test cricket this year as he contribute 779 runs with the bat which included three hundreds and a fifty.

Mohammad Hafeez scored his first double century of his career and was the second highest scorer after contributing 710 runs for his team in the year.

Yasir Shah, also played a key role in Pakistan’s success in the longer format and grabbed 49 wickets in 2015.
