Raza Rabbani paid a visit to Mazar-e-Quaid on Sunday after taking over the office of Chairman Senate. He laid a floral wreath on the monument and offered Fatiha there.
On this occasion, Rabbani pledged to conform to the expectations of the nation. He stressed that everyone will have to work together for ensuring peace, prosperity and stability in the country.
He urged all the democratic forces to get united for the betterment of Pakistan.
The chairman Senate said that he has a long-established association with Mazar-e-Quaid and that his father had served as the ADC to Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
