School administrations have made rules strict for picking kids from schools.

“Any close relative, uncles, aunts or any other body will not be allowed to pick up children for home. One of those parents who do not use vans should come to pick and drop their children,” school administrations have warned parents.

School administrations have also directed van drivers and van owners to submit their bio-data at schools along photocopy of Computerized National Identity Cards.

On the other hand, enraged residents of Karachi and Gujranwala physically tortured suspected kidnappers then handed them over to police. A mentally challenged woman has been tortured to death in Multan.

Residents caught a kidnapper red-handed in Gujranwala. He was beaten with kicks and punches then he was tied with a tree and severely beaten after that he was handed over to police.

In Karachi, residents of Zaman Town, Korangi, brutally beat a suspected kidnapper then gave him in police custody.
