Chinese actress gets proposed to via drone!

The famous actress was celebrating her 36th birthday with friends and relatives at a local Chinese club when a white drone flew towards her. Her boyfriend, Chinese rock singer Wang Feng retrieved the ring from the drone and got down on his knee. “Witnessed by all, we have experienced happiness and sorrow. I hope Ziyi can always have the happiest time. If we both are old, I can still take care of you,” said Wang, according to Chinese media reports. Overcome with emotion, Zhang said the words ‘I do’ as tears welled up her eyes and the newly engaged couple embraced each other. According to Chinese media reports, the overhead sky lit up with fireworks.
Zhang also took to her micro blogging social media account to post a picture of fireworks shaped like a heart and her answer to Feng’s proposal. Feng reposted her message on his very own micro blogging site and said “Thank you for giving me a complete life. All the hardships are bygones. From now on, we will grow old hand in hand.”
The actress became a household name in her native country China when she judged in the singing show ‘Voice of China’ in 2013. She rose as an international celebrity when she starred in the film ‘Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.’ The film was very much appreciated in the West and the movie was also nominated for an Oscar.
The proposal was not necessarily that romantic but definitely earned a yes from the famous actress. The marriage will be Fen’s third and Ziyi’s first. When the recently engaged couple intend on tying the knot exactly is not yet known to the public but we wish them all the best anyway!
