Has Chris Gayle really named his newborn daughter ‘Blush’?

BARBADOS: Star West Indian cricketer Chris Gayle has welcomed newborn daughter into his family and apparently christened her ‘Blush’, according to his tweet on Thursday.

After leaving the IPL to be with his partner for the birth of their first child, the big-hitting opener left everyone gasping for air when he welcomed their baby daughter “Blush” into the world.

He posted a following message on Instagram: “We would like to welcome the arrival of our beautiful daughter ‘Blush’ to this world 2 hours ago, Thank God. #GoodHealth&Strength…”.

That’s right, Blush — best known for its appearance in the infamous “Don’t blush, baby” line delivered to Channel 10 reporter Mel McLaughlin at a Big Bash game last summer.

Gayle was fined $10,000 by his Big Bash League team the Melbourne Renegades following his ‘flirt’ during a live interview with a female reporter.
