According to details, the proposal to lower down CNG prices has been made to petroleum ministry after declaration of Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC) as illegal.
As per the working paper, CNG prices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan will go down by Rs.17.16 per kilogram while reduction of Rs. 16.11 per kilogram has been proposed for the consumers in Sindh and Punjab.
The Petroleum Ministry will take the final decision regarding the decline in CNG prices.
