Comic actor Razzak Khan dies in Mumbai

MUMBAI: Comic Actor Razzak Khan, who is popularly known for his hilarious role of Manikchand in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Baadshah, passed away, Indian media reports said.

Razzak Khan suffered a massive heart attack last night, family sources said. He was rushed to Holy Family Hospital of Mumbai, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.


The family waiting for his son Azad Khan, who works in Croatia, for the last rites of the actor.


Razzak acted in more than 90 movies in his career span. The list of his popular films include Hello Brother, Joru Ka Ghulam and Kyaa Kool Hain Hum and others.


The late actor made his debut in Bollywood with Aneel Kapoor starrer, Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja in 1993.


His funeral will be held in Mumbai tomorrow after the 4:00 pm.
