The conference also discussed in detail the ongoing and future operations against terrorism.
In his address on the Defence Day (Sept 6) at a ceremony at General Headquarters, the army chief had clearly asserted that Pakistan was ready for any kind of war be it a hot start or cold’ and said the country was stronger than before.
The COAS had said that financiers, abettors, facilitators and sympathizers of terrorists will also be brought to their due end.
Responding to the hostility of the neighboring arch-rival, the COAS warned of an ‘unbearable cost’ to the enemy in case of any aggression.
