Corps commander, CM share views on NAP, targeted raids

KARACHI: Corps Commander Karachi Lieutenant General Naveed Mukhtar Monday called on the Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and exchanged views with him over the implementation of National Action Plan and targeted operations by the law enforcement agencies (LEAs), ARY News reported.

Sources told that the chief minister informed the corps commander about recent actions taken by Rangers and police against miscreants.

The two figures expressed satisfaction over the law and order situation in Sindh particularly Karachi and resolved to continue the fight against terrorists and criminals.

The one-on-one meeting between the CM and Gen Mukhtar Karachi lasted for 40 minutes.
