CPEC to help Pakistan curb power crisis: Iqbal

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development has said that the energy production under China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will help the country overcome the power crisis.

According to Radio Pakistan, the federal minister said the the first phase of the project will be completed by 2018.

Iqbal said that the two countries are closely working to implements the projects.

He added the leadership of both Pakistan and China have expressed their commitment to complete the project.
