WEB DESK: Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan has named his newly-born baby boy ‘Imran Khan’, a tweet on his official Twitter profile says.
The Indian pacer had tied the knot with Jeddah-based model, Safa Baig in February 2016 in a low-key affair in the holy city of Mecca.
“This name is close to our hearts and family. The name is Imran.” said the tweet.

In the picture shared by him, Imran with a delicate grip is holding his father’s finger.
It is believed that Irfan has paid tribute to Pakistani cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan by naming his son Imran Khan as the Pakistani great is considered one of the finest all-rounders of cricket history.
