Curbing terrorism essential for promoting investment: Sartaj

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said that terrorism has to be curbed in order to make the country investment-friendly, ARY News reports.

Sartaj Aziz, addressing a conference, said that Pakistan wants friendly bilateral ties with India and the country also expects the same from the neighboring state.

“Asia-Pacific region needs collective leadership. Pakistan and China are jointly working to improve the Silk Route whereas China and Russia are coordinating for improving their economies”, he added.

The prime minister’s adviser added that Pakistan’s inclusion in the Asia-Pacific will play a key role in bringing Russia and China closer to each other.

Aziz added that Pakistan is completing many projects with cooperation from different countries.
