Under-custody PPP leader was brought to the accountability court today for hearing into the case.
During his brief interaction with the media at the court, Dr. Asim said he regretted to be a part of politics.

Sources informed that the ATC could indict the PPP leader and others in the corruption scam involving Rs 17 billion. Former managing director SSGC Shoaib Warsi and current MD Zohair Siddiqui also arrived at the court.
All of the accused are facing charges of corruption and had been under National Accountability Bureau probe.

Upon his arrival to the court, Dr Asim accidentally struck a cameraman while getting off his vehicle. In the meanwhile his tasbih (rosary) fell to the ground, prompting him to furiously stare down the camera-person. The moment was quickly recorded by the media men.
