Hundreds of people have had been arrested in the last couple of years but the question is how many have been sentenced so far? Arrests take place on one hand and on the other hand all are released! So how do you expect to improve the law and order situation here or anywhere? In reality it is a loss of time, efforts, funds & lives if the security agencies take action to catch the criminals, but fail to make them serve their sentences!
