Police said the attackers fired at least five to six shots at Samaa TV van and fled. No casualty was reported in the incident.
The van came under attack beneath Liquatabad no.10 flyover. Police said window glasses of the van were broken and tyre also burst after a bullet strike.
Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah said the attack on the channel’s DSNG van was a coward attempt.
He ordered police authorities to investigate the incident and submit report to him.
