Efforts afoot to overcome energy crisis: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif said on Tuesday that government is committed to overcome energy crisis in the country, ARY News reported.

Chairing Pakistan’s Nuclear Power meeting in Islamabad on Tuesday, the prime minister said that government is taking all possible measures to overcome the energy shortage in the country.

The meeting also reviewed K2 and K3 power projects.

The Prime Minister said that the funds being allocated for both energy projects.

The meeting was attended by Federal Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Ishaq Dar, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Rashad Mahmood and Director General Strategic Plans Division.
