Elected leaders are considered root of all problems, says Bilawal

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday said that elected leaders were considered as the root of all problems in the country, ARY News reported.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, meeting party workers here in the federal capital, said that certain elements occupied the country through power and they were not held accountable for their acts.

The PPP Chairman also said that his party against status-quo in the country. He added that his party was harmed by those elements that refused to accept the mandate of the nation.

He stated that the PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was judicially murdered whereas the first female prime minister of any Muslim country Benazir Bhutto was bullied all her life.

“Our workers were killed, flogged, jailed and forced to go into exile because they raised their voices for the people of Pakistan”, he said.

The party chairman also said that he will soon tour all the parts of the country in order to make the party active.
