Emraan Hashmi's latest fairness cream commercial does not hit the mark!

Emraan Hashmi is one of the finest actors of Bollywood and puts up one hell of a performance every time, yet he should know a bad commercial ad when he sees one! The latest commercial ad for  Meglow Premium Fairness Cream features Hashmi trying to console a friend, who isn’t able to impress in job interviews.

In the commercial ad (which is almost a minute’s waste of one’s valuable time), Emraan advises his saddened friend to apply  Meglow Premium Fairness Cream in order to dazzle and mark an impression in his next interview. There you have it, a glowing complexion attracts the interview panel who give you the job in return. Emraan Hashmi’s friend does apply the cream and inherit a fair complexion almost all of a sudden (as is the case with overzealous fairness cream advertisements).

Emraan Hashmi’s friend does not get the job, resulting in Emraan Hashmi advising him that jobs are not based on complexion but merit. However, he points out to a beautiful female who is attracted to Emraan’s discouraged friend’s fair complexion and tells him in the end that not all is lost.

What a ridiculous advertisement indeed!
