Enemies of peace in Sindh will not be spared, says Governor Sindh

KARACHI: The governor of Sindh, Dr Ishratul Ibad has warned that all the anti-peace elements in the province would be dealt accordingly.

Ibad made the statement during a one-on-one meeting with the Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar at the Governor House in Karachi.

During the meeting, the two discussed in detailed the overall security situation in the province amid Karachi operation.

Showing complete satisfaction over the results of ongoing Karachi operation, Ibad said,” The government will do everything, it can, to restore peace in the city of lights.”

The governor Sindh and the finance minister had a detailed talk over the changing political front in the country.

Dar also inquired about Ibad’s health on behalf of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

The governor Sindh was shifted to National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases on July 15 due to heart-related issues.

Ibad had been braving health issues for some time. In 2014 too, he had to be taken to a hospital following a heart-related problem the day he had to appear in the court for a case.
