To see Ranbir Kapoor and Fawad Khan in one frame has been every girl’s dream, ever since both young actors made their debut in the Indian film industry. Well, that wish came true when Fawad Khan and Ranbir Kapoor clicked a selfie together, at the sets of Karan Johar’s upcoming Ae Dil Hai Mushkil movie. The picture was shared by filmmaker Karan Johar in a tweet:-

As can be seen from the tweet, KJo was quite excited at Fawad’s presence on the set and labeled his role as a very ‘special’ one indeed. Also, according to Karan Johar, the energy on the sets was great hence we can expect everyone to put in a great performance. Fawad Khan was able to win hearts overnight in India with his character portrayal of Vikram Singh Rathore in Khoobsurat. The movie won him awards, accolades and most of all, offers from other film directors as well.
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil marks the return of Karan Johar in the director’s chair, after his 2012 super-hit StudeAdd Newnt Of The Year. It stars an ensemble cast, namely Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai. Set to be a timeless romance, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil does not have Fawad Khan as the only Pakistani actor in it. There is said to be a role for Pakistani hunk Imran Abbas in the movie as well, who reportedly plays Anushka Sharma’s love interest.
Fawad Khan will also be shooting for another Bollywood flick, which is titled Kapoor and Sons. In the movie, Fawad shares screen space with Rishi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. Reportedly for the movie, Fawad Khan has made good friends with Sidharth Malhotra on the sets of Kapoor and Sons.
