Fawad Khan has certainly made it big in the Indian film industry and in a short span of time. He’s arguably the only Pakistani actor to have made such a big splash in Bollywood and as a result, gotten to work with some of the biggest names in Indian cinema. From Rishi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra to Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai, Fawad has worked with all.

Recently, the actor is busy shooting for his upcoming flick beside B-town’s veterans Aishwarya Rai and Ranbir Kapoor. Here’s what he had to say about his co-stars:-

“I am a big fan of his work. I have enjoyed most of his performances,” he said on working with Ranbir Kapoor. “I shot with Ranbir for the first time for this film, but that was hardly for three or four days in Austria. Before that, I had briefly met him in London, UK, when he was shooting for the same film.”

Though Fawad did like how Ranbir was a ‘chilled out’ person, he disclosed he could not spend enough time with the Tamasha actor.
“He is a chilled out and relaxed guy. But our interactions have been limited in number. I am looking forward to a shooting schedule that allows us to spend more time together,” he said.

Regarding Aishwarya Rai, Fawad was smitten by Mrs. Abhishek Bachchan’s prettiness. He recalled how he had met her before at a movie screening where she looked ethereal.
“Aishwarya is so pretty… I had seen her without my glasses, and even then she was looking fabulous. But since I was not wearing my glasses [at the screening that day], I had to first check with my manager if it was actually her (laughs),” he said.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is being directed by Karan Johar and will be release later this year. The movie also features a cameo from Pakistani actor Imran Abbas.

It seems like Fawad is making friends in higher places and we couldn’t be more happy for him!
