Fazl-ur-Rehman claims KP elections were rigged

SUKKUR: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam – Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman has claimed that the general elections of 2013 were rigged in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), ARY News reports.

Fazl-ur-Rehman, speaking to media after the party’s central working committee meeting here in Sukkur on Monday, said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan wants to repeat the history of 16th December.

It should be noted that the Fall of Dhaka took place on 16th December, 1971 and a new state Bangladesh was born.

The JUI-F chief said that his party will not tolerate conspiracies against the constitution, parliament and democracy.

He added that anarchy will spread if there is no constitution in the country.

It was decided in the meeting that country-wide protests will be held on 5th December against the killing of JUI-F leader Dr. Khalid Mahmood Soomro and the suicide attack on the party’s chief last month in Quetta.
