ISLAMABAD: Accountant General of Pakistan Revenue (AGPR) has directed all federal pensioners of Grade 17 to 22 to transfer their pension on new automated payment system.
“The pensioners are hereby requested to please take their papers from National Bank of Pakistan,” said a press release issued here on Tuesday by AGPR.
It said these employees’ forms must be endorsed by the relevant branch. These employees should personally come to the facilitation centre established by AGPR for pensioners. So that their pension may be smoothly transferred to the pension automated payment system (Direct Credit System of Pension).
The press release said in case of non-compliance these relevant branches will recall record of remaining pensioners in November, 2016 and their payment of pension would be stopped.
Then blocked pension could only will be restored subject to the fulfillment of new system, it added.
