According to details, suspect Naveed Ahmed had made a false Facebook profile by the name of “Junaid Junaid” and uploaded the pictures of the complainant Muhammad Iqbal’s daughter. He also used indecent language against the girl.
The cyber team of FIA tracked down Ahmed and arrested him during a raid at his home in Karachi’s Korangi area.
Wireless internet devices along with the pictures of the girl have been seized by the FIA.
FIA officials added that the suspect had given Iqbal’s cell phone number in the contact sections due to which the complainant was getting phone calls from unknown person.
Iqbal stated that he left the city after he and his family were dishonored amongst family and friends by the fake Facebook profile.
