The side posted 214 runs with Maroof being the top scorer while Nain Abidi scored 27 runs.
Javeria Khan and Nida Dar also made 21 runs for their team.
Salma Khatun took three wickets for Bangladesh while Lata Mondal, Nahida Akter, Khadija Tul Kubra and Fahima Khatun grabbed one wicket each.
In reply, the visitors could only score 194 runs in their alloted 50 overs.
Rumana Ahmed made 70 runs for her team with the help of four boundaries while Fargana Hoque and Shamima Sultana made 26 and 24 runs for the side.
Anam Amin took three wickets whereas Asmavia Iqbal, Sana Mir, Nida Dar, Aliya Riaz and Bismah Maroof all taking one wicket each.
Bismah was named the Player of the Match.
Pakistan lead the two-match series 1-0. The second and final ODI will be played on Tuesday.
