Hanging:
Hanging is the most common method of execution in many countries. Countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Japan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran among the other states are the countries that use this method as their capital punishment. In 2013, when most of the countries tried to eliminate execution from the capital punishment around 369 people were executed by hanging in Iran. The most popular executions of the history through this method are of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Saddam Hussein former President of Iraq.
Firing squad
Firing squad is a common method of execution in Indonesia, China, North Korea, Somalia, Taiwan, Yemen and United Arab Emirates. In this method twelve armed executioner are asked to shoot the convicted in the chest and if the prisoner is not dead then they are said to shoot him on head. In 2013 execution of two international drug dealers took place in Indonesia.
Beheading
The only country to practice this deadly method of execution in the world is Saudi Arabia. Beheading is used as a method of capital punishment in the center of Islam. The beheading is done in public there so that all the public learn a lesson from it.
Lethal Injection
Lethal Injection is considered the least cruel method of execution. It is a primary method of execution in the United States where a convict sentenced with death punishment is given fatal dose of drugs through injections. In 2013, lethal injection was also used in China and Vietnam.
Electric Chair
The United States of America ranks first in executing the criminals of capital punishment. This cruel type of execution is only exercised in America. In this type of punishment the person is usually shaved and strapped to a chair with belts that cross his chest, legs, and arms. Electric current wires are attached to the body of the convict with wet sponges for better results and then the person is executed with the power supply with a jolt of 500 to 2000 volts that lasts for 30 seconds until the person dies. Many deadly and cruel criminals like Albert Fish, Allen Lee Davis John Wayne Gacy Jr who were involved in crimes against children and women have been executed through this method.
