Forces at war but rulers offering Umrah, criticizes Altaf

TOP NEWS

Addressing a ceremony of the Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation at the Expo Center Karachi, Altaf Hussain denounced complete silence over a barbaric incident that took place in Gujrat, in which an influential landlord chopped off the arms of a 10 years old child, over a petty dispute.

He said that if it were MQM’s government, then the arms of that cruel landlord would have been chopped off up till now.

The MQM chief said that the armed forces of Pakistan are currently at war, but the rulers are performing Umrah.

Altaf Hussain further lamented silence of the Muslim states and the United Nations (UN) over the Palestine Issue. He added that if this silence continued, then the massacre of Muslims will continue.

Moreover, he said that monsoon rains have started, but the Government of Sindh has not yet initiated clearing of drains to avoid floods.
