Four killed in firing from Indian forces at LoC

SIALKOT: Four civilians including two children and a woman were killed in an unprovoked firing from Indian forces along Line of Control, ARY News reported.

The Indian forces once again violated the ceasefire and opened fire on Working Boundary of the Sialkot region. According to Inter-Services Public Relations, Indian Narine Post targeted the Pakistan’s Awan Post at the LoC.

Indian forces also fired mortar shells, sparking tension in the settlements along the border. Denizens of the area could not offer Eidul Azha prayers due to sporadic firing incidents.

Pakistan condemned the indiscriminate firing by Indian forces.
