Four killed in Karachi firing incidents

KARACHI: Three persons were shot dead in a gun attack in Karachi’s Orangi Town on Monday evening, ARY News reported. 

The victims Dildar Hussain, Ghulam Hussain and Mumtaz, were sitting outside Al-Falah Mosque in the jurisdiction of Orangi Town Police Station, when unknown men on motorcycles sprayed them with bullets.

Rescue teams reached the scene and shifted the injured to a hospital for medical attendance where they succumbed to their injuries. The victims died due to profuse bleeding, hospital administration said.

Police has arrested two suspected persons near the crime scene.

A man Shabbir was killed and his two sons were wounded while resisting a robbery attempt in Orangi Town No. 10.

Shabbir succumbed to his injuries while his sons were shifted to a hospital for treatment.

On the other hand, police arrested four alleged street criminals from Mubeena Town and recovered weapons, stolen valuables and mobile phones from the nabbed persons.

Mochko Police arrested four suspects said to be involved in several robbery cases.
